中低热水泥对人工骨料碱活性抑制影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 为满足大渡河深溪沟水电站工程的建设需要,对基坑覆盖层开挖过程中产生的具有潜在活性的河床料进行了碱活性试验。选用金顶牌普硅水泥、峨胜普硅水泥、嘉华牌低热水泥和涛峰牌Ⅱ级粉煤灰与河床料拌和,分析中低热水泥抑制河床料的碱活性效果。结果表明:采用相同粉煤灰以及粉煤灰掺量相同时,嘉华低热水泥的抑制效果最好,金顶普硅水泥和峨胜普硅水泥的抑制效果差异不大。为工程选料提供了科学依据。 The alkali activity experiment on excavated material in foundation pit with potential activity is performed to meet the construction requirement of Shenxigou Hydropower Station on Dadu River. Brand Jinding and E'sheng ordinary portland cement, Jiahua low heat cement and brand Haitao II fly ash are mixed with riverbed material and inhibition effect of middle and low heat cement on alkali activity of riverbed material is analyzed. The results show that brand Jiahua low heat cement has the best inhibition effect when the same kind and mixing amount of fly ash is used, and there is no obvious difference in inhibition effect of brand Jinding and E'sheng ordinary portland cement. It provides basis for engineering material selection.
