摘要
为了预防特种设备由于出现严重腐蚀而造成的安全问题,作者采集、分析压力容器用钢16MnR钢腐蚀的声发射信号,提出利用小波变换分析特种设备运行过程中腐蚀引起的声发射信号特征的方法,并进行了小波去噪,为现场检测提供了可靠依据.
In order to prevent the safety problems of the special equipment's severe corrosion,the author collected,analyzed the acoustic emission signal from 16 MnR steel's corrosion,proposed the method of wavelet transform used in analysing the acoustic emission signal features of corrosion.Wavelet denoising is also finished.This study provides a reliable basis for online testing by using fronts technology of acoustic emission.
