摘要
提出一种基于单片机的多功能测氧仪的设计方法,该测氧仪能准确测量空气中氧气的体积分数并实时显示。当氧气的体积分数超过事先设定的上下限时,系统可报警并及时通过串口和外部设备进行通信。在测氧仪按键电路和显示电路设计中提出一种复用I/O口设计方法,使电路得到更好的集成,降低测氧仪成本。
A multi-functional oxygen analyzer based on micro-controller unit (MCU) is presented. The oxygen analyzer can accurately measure the volume fraction of oxygen in the air, and display it in real time. When the volume fraction of oxygen exceeds preset upper or lower limit, the alarm system might alter people instantly and communicate with external device through the serial port. Particularly, a multiplex design of the I/O ports in keypad and display circuit is presented so as to integrate the circuit and reduce the cost of oxygen analyzer.
