摘要
针对浸没式厌氧膜生物反应器的膜污染控制问题,将双轴旋转膜组件应用于浸没式厌氧生物反应器,构建了新型浸没式双轴旋转厌氧膜生物反应器(SDRAnMBR),并研究了SDRAnMBR处理啤酒废水的性能。研究结果表明,该反应器对啤酒废水有着好的处理效果,有机物去除率高。在正常运行期间,进水COD在2 900~5 200mg.L-1,容积负荷为4.97~12.48 kg.m-3.d-1(以COD计)时,COD的平均去除率为95.15%。而且运行非常稳定,并有良好的抗膜污染性能等。
In allusion to membrane fouling problem of submerged anaerobic membrane bioreactor,we constructed a set of submerged double-shaft rotary anaerobic membrane bioreactor(SDRAnMBR) by applying a double-shaft rotary module in the submerged anaerobic bioreactor,and the performance for treatment of synthetic brewery wastewater was investigated by SDRAnMBR.The results showed that SDRAnMBR had good treatment effect on synthetic brewery wastewater,and the system run steadily and had a high rate of organic substrate removal.During the normal operation,when influent COD were in the range 2 900~5 200 mg·L-1 and volume loading rate were in the range 4.97~12.48 kg·m-3·d-1(calculated based on COD),COD removal rate was an average of 95.15%.The system not only run very steadily but also had good anti-contamination performance.
