2010年上半年,无论是商品混凝土企业,还是混凝土机械制造商,都对市场的迅猛增长有些措手不及。商品混凝土企业还好应对一些,商混市场长期以来供大于求,很多商混企业的实际产量甚至不到设计产能的一半,市场的爆发式增长,对于久旱逢甘霖的商混企业,产能得到充分的发挥。用一些商混企业老总的话说:"这一波市场行情,该吃饱的都吃饱了,接下来该琢磨一下怎么吃好了!"言外之意,酝酿着行业调高商混价格。但这种想法在一个市场进入门槛不高,并且充分竞争的行业只能是个美好的愿景。而混凝土机械行业则远没有那么从容,尽管采取了工厂车间开足马力组织生产,歇人不歇机器,三班倒等等措施,但配套资源短缺,产能瓶颈难以突破,还是让许多机械企业的老总成了被客户"围攻"的对象,客户交了预付款,没法按时提货的情况比比皆是。好在这几年混凝土机械行业似乎已经对这种爆发式增长见怪不怪,包括提供给客户备用设备先干活等等应对措施,层出不穷,争取尽量不耽误客户的工程。2010年上半年的爆发式增长主要有三方面原因(引自中国工程机械工业协会混凝土机械分会张建国理事长):第一、2009年新开工房地产项目,2010年进入在建工程施工高峰期,项目拨付资金的拉动效应,在2010年初就集中显现,带动商混搅拌站生产高峰和设备采购高峰;第二、区域一体化发展规划带来的投资信心增长,逐渐显现。中国城市化进程在区域一体化发展规划中,进一步加速。包括大型水泥企业在内的商品混凝土行业企业,开始新一轮的市场布局;第三、国家投资的大型基础设施建设项目与地方配套投资的重点工程项目继续稳步增长,带动系统客户设备购买力坚挺。混凝土和混凝土机械在2009年～2010年还有几点现象值得关注,这可能会对未来一段时间内行业的发展产生重要的影响。

First half of 2010,both the commercial concrete company and concrete machinery manufacturers were caught off guard by the rapid growth of market. The explosive growth in first half of 2010,mainly have three reasons(from Zhang Jianguo,the president of Chinese Construction Machinery Industry Association Concrete Machinery Branch): First,the 2009 new construction of real estate projects,under the peak of construction in 2010,the pulling effect by the project funds was appeared in the early 2010,which drive the peak of mixing plant production and equipment purchases;Third,the key projects of country's la Second,regional integration development plan bring the increase of investment confidence. China's urbanization process which in the regional integration development plan,was speed up. The commercial concrete enterprises include large-scale cement enterprises,start a new round of market distribution;Third,the key project of country's large infrastructure investment projects with local matching investment were continued to grow,which drove the purchasing power of equipment. Several phenomena of concrete and concrete machinery in 2009 to 2010 are worthy of attention,which may have a crucial impact in development of the industry for future.
