益肾温经汤对肾阳虚型排卵障碍大鼠一般状况、血清生殖激素及卵巢形态学的影响

Effects of YiShen WenJingTang on General Condition,Serum Reproductive Hormones and Ovarian Morphology in Animal Models of Ovulatory Dysfunction with Kidney-Yang Deficiency

目的:观察益肾温经汤对氢化可的松致排卵障碍大鼠相关指标的影响,探讨其治疗肾阳虚型排卵障碍性疾病的作用机制。方法:建立氢化可的松致排卵障碍大鼠模型,分为模型组、低剂量治疗组、高剂量治疗组、金匮肾气丸对照组,并设空白对照组。观察大鼠一般情况,阴道脱落细胞涂片,采用HE染色观察卵巢组织形态学变化,采用放免法检测并用统计软件包SPSS13.0分析血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平。结果:益肾温经汤可改善肾阳虚型排卵障碍大鼠一般状况使其体质量增加,升高血清E2、P水平,改善病理状态下的卵巢的形态结构。结论:提示益肾温经汤可通过提高血清E2、P水平促进卵泡发育。

Objective：To observe the effects ofYiShen WenJingTang on ovulatory dysfunction in rats induced by hydrocortisone related indicators and to explore its mechanism in treating rats of ovulatory dysfunction with kidney-Yang deficiency. Methods：rats with ovulatory dysfunction induced hydrocortisone were randomly divided into model group,low dose treatment group, high dose treatment group,JinGui ShenQiWan control group and blank control group.General condition and vaginal smears were observed. Using HE staining observed ovarian tissue morphology;using radioimmunoassay and SPSS13.0 statistical packages analyzed serum estradiol（E2） and progesterone （P） level. Results：YiShen WenJingTang can improve general condition of rats of ovulatory dysfunction with kidney-Yang deficiency to gain weight, elevate serum levels of E2 and P levels and improve the pathological state of ovarian morphology.Conclusion：YiShen WenJingTang can promote follicular development by increasing serum E2 and P level.
