摘要
针对现代经济社会高速发展中电力供给与需求间的矛盾和能源使用效率问题,本文介绍了一种基于OpenADR的需求侧管理方法,DRAS系统。系统包括公共事业单位、终端用户和系统客户端三部分。通过自动需求响应通信规约,实现从公共事业单位到最终用户间有关电量信息的双向沟通,从而解决电力峰值、供需缺口、用电结构管理等问题。该方案对智能电网框架下的需求侧管理有一定的参考价值,根据其特性今后还可以在其他的双向通信系统中得到有益的借鉴。
The development of the Open Automated Demand Response Communications Specification, also known as Open ADR or Open AutoDR, began in 2002 following the California electricity crisis. OpenADR is one element of the Smart Grid information and communications technologies that are being developed to improve optimization between elect^c supply and demand. The intention of the open automated demand response communications data model is to provide interoperable signals to building and industrial control systems that are preprogrammed to take action based on a demand response signal, enabling a demand response event to be fully automated, with no manual intervention. The concept of an open specification is intended to allow anyone to implement the signaling systems, the automation server, or the automation clients.
