痔病内治法研究进展

Research Progress on the Internal Treatments of Sores and Carbuncles

根据病情,内治与外治相结合、辨病和辨证相结合治疗痔病,方能取得良好的近期和远期疗效。现将10年来运用中药汤剂、单验方和西药对痔病内治的研究状况进行了整理综述。

TCM theory believes that the occurrence of sores and carbuncles is closely related to human body organs, meridians,Qi and blood,and Yin and Yang.The pathological basis of sores and carbuncles is deficiency of viscera and insufficiency vital energy and blood.The combination of internal treatments and external treatments,and the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,can obtain good short-term and long term efficacy according to the patient＇s condition.This paper reviewed research progress on the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,empirical formula and western medicine in the last decade.
