摘要 建立可采区采砂作业的动态监测系统,及时掌握采砂现场资料,目的是在采砂作业时对采砂范围、开采前后高程、深度、开采量、开采时间及采砂船功率等采砂控制条件是否在审批的权限内进行即时监测管理,保障采砂活动的科学有序。介绍了长江采砂作业监测系统。通过建立采砂河道基础资料系统数据库,并采用GPS定位及雷达监控技术、计算机网络传输等手段对采砂作业管理进行实时监控,为及时控制采砂作业过程并了解长江各采砂河段采砂前后的河床变化和保障河道安全、航道畅通提供了技术支撑。 The purpose of setting up dynamic monitoring system for sand mining in allowable mining area of the Yangtze River is to monitor in-situ sand mining conditions timely,including sand mining scope,river bed elevation variation before and after mining,mining depth,mining amount,mining time,sand mining ship power and so on,in order to judge whether the sand mining operation can meet the requirements stipulated by related management departments and ensure the operation in an scientific and orderly way.We introduce the monitoring system for sand mining in the Yangtze River.Through the establishment of fundamental database of sand mining river channel,application of GPS and radar monitoring technologies,data transmission by computer network,the sand mining conditions in the Yangtze River can be monitored,which can provide technological support for ensuring safety of river channel and navigation.
