消瘤冲剂对lewis肺癌小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

Effect of Xiaoliu Electuary on Immune Function in Mice with Lewis Lung Cancer

目的:观察消瘤冲剂对lewis肺癌小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:取C57BL/6J小鼠分别皮下接种lewis肺癌细胞悬液,给予消瘤冲剂按7.5g/kg、15.0g/kg、30.0g/kg三个剂量连续灌胃10天,分别观察抑瘤率、T淋巴细胞转化功能及巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果:消瘤冲剂能明显提高lewis肺癌小鼠T淋巴细胞转化功能(P<0.05,P<0.01)和巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P<0.05)。结论:消瘤冲剂具有提高lewis肺癌小鼠免疫功能的作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Xiaoliu electuary on the immune function of Lewis lung cancer mice.Methods：Lewis lung cancer cells were subcutaneously injected in C57BL/6J mice.After lung cancer was induced,Xiaoliu electuary was intragastrically administered at doses of 7.5 g/kg,15.0 g/kg,30.0 g/kg for 10 days.Inhibition rate was calculated;T lymphocyte transformation test was performed and phagocytosis of macrophage was detected.Results：3H-TdR method showed that the T cell transformation had been improved in Lewis mice treated with 15.0 g/kg and 30.0g/kg Xiaoliu electuary as compared with Lewis model mice（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）and the changes of phagoytosis of macrophage was observed in the same pattern（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xiaoliu electuary may be effective to improve the immune response in Lewis lung cancer mice.
