套管杂交技术在小豆育种中的应用

Application of Casing Pipe Hybridization Technique in Adzuki Bean Breeding

20世纪90年代以前,小豆的杂交育种几乎是一片空白,到目前为止,利用杂交技术育成的小豆新品种也寥寥无几。针对小豆杂交育种难度大、成功率低的难题,经过多年不懈的研究,探索出应用套管杂交技术是行之有效的杂交方法,该技术杂交成功率可达50%～70%。

Before the 1990s,adzuki bean cross breeding was almost a blank and up to nowthe adzuki bean newvarieties de-veloped through cross breeding are few.Aiming at the problems of high difficulty and lowsuccess rate in adzuki bean cross breed-ing,researchers in ourinstitute developed an effective cross breeding method of casing pipe hybridization technique through many years,and the hybridization success rate is up to 50%to 70%.
