摘要
沿江港口企业的发展方向是物流功能整合的现代物流节点,要结合自身特质和物流服务市场需求,从充分利用内、外资源进行整合、创新、发展其核心竞争力的角度来拓展物流服务。文章在分析沿江港口企业物流发展模式现状和物流服务需求变化的基础上,根据物流发展模式理论,提出了沿江港口企业应发展符合现代物流和供应链要求的第三方物流的物流发展模式,并从发展特色物流、创新物流服务、整合物流资源等角度给出了具体的构建策略。
The direction of development of enterprises along the Yangtze River port logistics is functional integration of modern logistics nodes,that is to combine their own characteristics and market demand for logistics services,from the full use of internal and external resources,so as to integrate,innovate and develop their core competencies to expand the perspective of logistics services.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the logistics enterprises along Yangtze River and its logistics service needs,based on the logistic mode of development theory,this paper puts forward that the port enterprises should develop third party logistics to meet the requirements of modern logistics and supply chain logistics development.Suggestions from the aspects of developing specialty logistics,innovation and logistics services,integrated logistics resources are put forward.
