窄谱中波紫外线照射对银屑病患者止凝血功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 银屑病是一种常见的、易复发且难以根治的炎症性皮肤病,近十年来,国内外专家利用窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB,波长311~313 nm)照射治疗寻常性银屑病,取得了良好效果[1-3].尽管银屑病发病机制尚未完全明了,但皮损组织病理检查显示银屑病患者的真皮乳头血管异常[4].
