摘要
以细晶高强IF钢为研究对象,在MMS-300热力模拟试验机上,利用双道次压缩实验,研究了细晶高强IF钢的静态软化行为。结果表明,变形温度越高,保温时间越长,静态软化率越大,且晶粒尺寸越大;通过Z-hollomen参数,计算出在ε=0.3、ε=1s-1的条件下,细晶高强IF钢的静态再结晶激活能为186.73kJ/mol,该钢易发生静态再结晶。
The static softening behavior of fine-grain high-strength IF steel was studied by double-pass compression test on MMS-300 thermal mechanical simulator.The results show that the static softening rate increases with the increase of deformation temperature and holding time,the size of grain is bigger too.Through Z-hollomen parameters,the static recrystallization softening rate is calculated,and the static recrystallization activation energy is 186.73 kJ/mol.It is indicated that the recrystallization behaviorof fine-grain high-strength IF steel can happen easily.
