摘要
利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,采用α→γ逆相变细化奥氏体晶粒的方法,研究了热处理工艺对晶粒细化的影响机制。结果表明:对于非平衡态组织马氏体,在其再加热过程中,原奥氏体晶粒发生了逆相变再结晶,得到了等轴细化的奥氏体晶粒;随回火时间的延长,再加热淬火后的原奥氏体晶粒逐渐粗化;随再加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长,晶粒细化效果减弱。
The effects of heat treatment process on grain refinement of austenite through α→γ reverse transformation were studied using Gleeble-1500 machine.The results show that the austenitic grains are formed due to the recrystallization of austenite during reheating process,and austenite grains coarsen with the increase of holding time;the prior austenite grains decreases with the increase of reheating temperature and holding time.
