摘要
对45钢风扇电机主轴进行830℃加热盐水冷却后回火、790℃亚温加热淬火回火、830℃加热油冷淬火回火和830℃加热780℃保温后盐水淬火回火等四种热处理工艺试验。结果证明,预冷淬火的效果最佳,硬度均匀,无变形开裂,合格率达100%。
The heat treatment process experiments of the main shaft of 45 steel in fan motor were carried out.The heat treatment processes are follow:First,heated at 830 ℃,cooled in salt water and then tempered;Second,heated at a subcritical temperature of 790 ℃,then quenched and tempered;Third,heated at 830 ℃,quenched in oil and tempered;Fourth,heated at 830 ℃ and preserved at 790 ℃,quenched in salt waterand tempered.The results show that the pre-cooling quenching process is the best one,bringing about uniform hardness,no deformation orcracking,and 100%pass rate.
