以肾损伤为首发表现、长期误诊的肝豆状核变性一例

摘要
患者：女，11岁，因“浮肿2年余”入院。初次起病表现为无明显诱因的面部浮肿，以后浮肿逐渐波及全身，呈凹陷性。无肉眼血尿，时有尿痛。于当地医院以“急性肾炎”住院治疗1周，全身浮肿减轻出院。出院后1个月余入本院。
