摘要 研究采用硝酸和氢氟酸混合酸处理样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)结合归一化法对Nb47Ti合金中钛进行测定。选择323.452 nm(104)作为钛的分析线,323.494 nm和323.434 nm分别为左右背景扣除点。采用基体匹配法克服光谱干扰。在选定条件下使用归一化法绘制校准曲线,其线性相关系数均大于0.999 9。方法用于Nb47Ti中Ti的测定,测定结果与硫酸高铁铵滴定法测定结果基本一致,加标回收率在99%~101%之间,RSD小于0.95%。 A new method was developel worked out for the determination of Ti in Nb47Ti alloys by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) combined with normalization method.The sample was dissolved in a mixture of nitric and hydrofluoric acid.323.452 nm(104) was selected as the analytical spectral lines for titanium,323.494 nm and 323.434 nm were used as the left and right deduction points of background,respectirely.Under optimized conditions,the spectral interference was corrected by matrix matching method,and the calibration curve was plotted using normalization method with linear correlation coefficient higher than 0.999 9.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of titanium in Nb47Ti and the determination results were consistent with those obtained by titrimetry with ferricammonium sulfate titration.The recovery was 99 %-101 %,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 0.95 %.
