摘要 讨论了影响氧氮联测仪测定钛铁中氮的分析工作条件,采用惰气熔融-热导法测定钛铁中氮。结果表明:采用带盖镍囊包裹样品,在称样量和镍助熔剂加入量之比为1∶4.5,分析功率为5 000 W的条件下,应用纯硝酸钾建立氮的校准曲线,回归方程为y=0.924x-0.001 56,相关系数r=0.999 0。用本方法测定钛铁试样10次,得到的相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.2%,加标回收率在97%~102%之间。 A new method was established for the determination of nitrogen in ferrotitanium by inert gas fusion-thermal conductivity method.The optimum conditions for the determination of nitrogen in ferrotitanium with oxygen/nitrogen analyzer were developed.It indicated that a satisfactory result was obtained when the sample was packed by nickel capsules with lids,the mass ratio of sample to nickel flux added was set at 1∶4.5 and the power for analysis was 5 000 W.The calibration curve was created by pure potassium nitrate,and the regression equation was y = 0.924 x-0.00156 with correlation coefficient of r = 0.999 0.The method has been applied in the determination of nitrogen in ferrotitanium for 10 times,giving the relative standard deviation(RSD) ≤3.2 % and the recoveries of 97 %-102 %.
