摘要
以乙酰丙酮,烷基二溴和二硫化碳为原料制得含硫杂环的β-二酮(1a和1b);1与乙二胺发生缩合反应合成了新型含硫杂环席夫碱型大环化合物(2a和2b),其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。初步生物活性测试结果表明,2对金黄色葡萄球菌,枯草杆菌和普通变形杆菌均表现出优异的杀菌活性。
Two novel macrocyclic Schiff base compounds(2a and 2b) containing sulfur heterocyclic were synthesized by condensation reaction of ethanediamine with β-diketone containing sulfur heterocyclic which were prepared by the reaction of acetylacetone,dibromoalkyl and carbon bisulfide.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.The results of preliminary biological activity tests showed that 2 exhibited a strong bactericidal activities against S.aureus,B.subtilis and P.vulgaris.
