摘要
以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和二酰氯为原料,利用微波技术设计并合成了5个具有高分子量和高稳定性的新型酚二酯抗氧剂——双[4,6-二叔丁基-2-(3,5-二叔丁基-2-羟苄基)酚]二酯(3a^3e),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和元素分析表征。初步热稳定分析(TGA)表明,与传统抗氧剂2246相比,3a和3d具有更好的热稳定性。
Five novel phenolic diester antioxidants with highmolecularweight and high stability,bis[4,6-di-t-butyl-2-(3,5-di-t-butyl-2-hydroxy benzyl) phenol] diesters(3a^3e),were designed and synthesized under microwave irradiation from 2,4-di-t-butylphenol and diacid chloride.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,FT-IR and elemental analysis.The results of preliminary evaluation of stability showed 3a and 3e exhibited better stability comparing with conventional antioxidant-2246.
