溶剂热法制备纳米晶Sb_2O_3

摘要 以SbC l3为锑源,采用溶剂热法制备了纳米Sb2O3(1),其结构经XRD和SEM表征。溶剂的种类和体系pH可以控制1的晶型及形貌。水作溶剂时,1为板状斜方晶型;乙醇作溶剂时,1为单一斜方晶型或立方和斜方混合晶型;用乙醇和乙二醇混合溶剂时,1为斜方晶型;用乙醇和异丙醇混合溶剂时1为单一立方晶型。 Nanocrystalline Sb2O3(1) was prepared by solvothermal method using SbCl3 as the precursor.The crystal structrue and shape of 1 were characterized by XRD and SEM,respectively.The crystal form and pattern of 1 were controlled through changing the solvents or adjusting the pH value.1 belongs to tabulate antimony oxide,the mixture of antimony oxide and senarmontite or pure senarmontite in distilled water or the mixture of ethanol and ethylene glycol,ethanol and the mixture of ethanol and isopropanol,respectively.
