花椰菜花叶病毒(CaMV)是一种具有重要经济价值和生物学意义的植物双链DNA病毒,它有7个开放阅读框(ORF),其中6个呆各自编码一种蛋白产物。35S启动子区域含有3个转录因子专一的结合位点;RNA多腺苷化位点具有AAUAAA特征序列,它和其上游序列对35SRNA的加工和翻译有影响作用;下游ORFI在转录激活因子存在时可被翻译。由此表明,CaMV的表达调控表现在不同调控机制工作的基础之上。
Cauliflower mosaic virus is one of the dsDNA plant viruses of importance to economicvalue and biology. It has seven open reading frames (ORFs), six of which encode six specificproteins. The 35S promoter region includes three subregions, the binding sites of three tran-scription factors. RNA poyadenylation site peing AAUAAA characteristic sequence andits upstream sequence have effects on the processing and translation of the 35S RNA. Thedownstream ORF I can be tranlated when transcription activators are present. Thus, thesesuggested that the expression regulation of CaMV is based on the interaction between differ-ent regulation mechanisms.
