Preparation of Aniline from Nitrobenzene in Ionic Liquids

摘要 以六种离子液体为溶剂,研究了水合肼催化还原硝基苯制备苯胺。较适宜的反应条件为:硝基苯20mmol,n(水合肼)∶n(硝基苯)=1.9∶1.0,[bmim]HSO45 mL,于80℃反应1 h,产率96.0%。 Six ionic liquids were used as the solvents in the reduction reaction of nitrobenzene catalyzed by hydrazine hydrate to give aniline.The appropriate reaction conditions at 80 ℃ for 1 h were as follows: nitrobenzene was 20 mmol;n(hydrazine hydrate) ∶n(nitrobenzene) was 1.9 ∶1.0;HSO4 was 5 mL.The yield of aniline was 96.0% under the conditions.
