物流服务运作风险及其预警管理

Study on Logistics Service Operating Risks and its Early Warning Management

随着物流服务运作系统的复杂化,物流企业在其提供一体化服务的过程中面临着巨大的风险。从界定物流服务运作风险的内涵和类别出发,分析了物流服务运作风险的形成原因,探讨了物流服务运作风险的预警管理方法、模型、内容和要求,提出了物流服务运作风险的预警指标体系,给出了物流服务运作风险的预警对策。

As the logistics service operating system becomes more and more complicated,logistics enterprises have to face enormous risks in the process of offering integrated logistics service to customers.In this paper,firstly,some foundation research about the Logistics Service Operating Risks（LSOR） has been carried out,including the definition,classification and forming factors of LSOR.Secondly,an early warning management method and model of LSOR has been presented.The content and requirement of early warning management was discussed.The frame of early warning index system for LSOR was established.Finally,the content and countermeasures for LSOR were discussed.
