摘要
高校舆情是社会舆情的重要组成部分,高校突发舆情存在潜伏态、激发态和消退转化态等三种存在状态,而且高校舆情不同状态间可以发生发展演化。高校要充分把握舆情的发展演化规律,及时做好突发舆情的引导管理,确保高校和社会的稳定。
University public opinion is an important part of social public opinion and has latent state,stimulating state and fading state.Development and evolution may occur between the three different states.Universities should take full advantage of the rules of development and evolution of public opinion to guide the management and ensure universities and social stability.
