摘要
目的观察在间歇低氧训练及游泳训练的影响下,SD大鼠心肌细胞肌球蛋白重链α-MHC、β-MHC两种异构型基因表达的变化,探讨间歇低氧训练对心肌功能影响的可能分子机制。方法将128只SD大鼠随机分成对照组、间歇低氧训练组、游泳训练组及间歇低氧+游泳训练组,经过4周的训练,采用RT-PCR法观察SD大鼠心肌细胞α-MHC、β-MHC mRNA表达的变化。结果间歇低氧及游泳训练可引起α-MHC mRNA表达不同程度的上调,同时β-MHC mRNA表达不同程度的下调。结论在间歇低氧及运动性机械刺激的过程中,心肌细胞通过对肌球蛋白两种异构型表达的调控,来适应环境氧分压降低的变化,间歇低氧及运动引发的调控路径似乎有所不同。
Objective To study the effects of α-MHC、β-MHC mRNA expression of myocardial in SD rats under intermittent hypoxic training and swimming training. Methods 128 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,bland control group,hypoxic groups,swimming groups,hypoxic training+swimming training group.After 4 weeks intermittent hypoxic training and swimming training,using RT-PCR to detect the expressions of α-MHC、β-MHC mRNA of myocardial in SD rats.Results Both intermittent hypoxic training and swimming training could up-regulate the expression of α-MHC、mRNA and down-regulate the expression of β-MHC mRNA.Conclusion IN the process of intermittent hypoxic training and swimming training,myocardial adapted to the decrease of partial pressure of oxygen by readjusting the mRNA expressions of MHC,but the pathway of readjusting MHC mRNA expressions by intermittent hypoxic training and swimming training seems different.
