跑台训练对大鼠海马IGF-1mRNA表达及学习和记忆能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究8周跑台训练对大鼠海马IGF-1mRNA表达及学习和记忆能力的影响。方法健康雄性SD大鼠20只,随机分为安静对照组(C组,n=10)和运动实验组(T组,n=10),C组正常饲养,T组进行为期8周的跑台训练;第7周对两组动物分别用Morris水迷宫进行学习能力测试;8周后,断髓处死取大鼠海马组织;用实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检测两组大鼠海马IGF-1的基因表达水平。结果运动实验组大鼠的Morris水迷宫测试成绩明显好于安静对照组大鼠测试成绩;运动实验组大鼠比安静对照组大鼠海马内IGF-1的基因表达水平增加了366.07%(P<0.01)。结论有氧跑台训练提高了大鼠空间学习记忆能力,其机制可能与增加大鼠海马内IGF-1mRNA的表达水平有关。 Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of treadmill training on the IGF-1mRNA expression in hippocampus and learning and memory of rats.Method:20 select male SD rats are divided randomly into two groups: control group(C,n=10)and exercise trained group(T,n=10),C group of normal feeding,and the rats of exercise trained group take part in treadmill training for 8weeks.After 7 weeks training,the rats of the two groups participate in the learning test of Morris water maze,and in the 8th week,The rats of the T and C group are immediately decollated.The expression levels of IGF-1mRNA of the rats are inspected by RT-PCR.Results:(1) Through the Morris water maze test revealed that the 8 week treadmill training can promote spatial learning and memory.(2)Through 8 weeks of treadmill training,T than the C group of rats With hippocampal IGF-1mRNA were significantly increased,with a very significant difference(up366.07%,P0.01).Conelusion: treadmill training can improve spatial learning ability of rats,at the same time increase the rat hippocampus the expression of IGF-1mRNA level.
