摘要 利用16通道遥测肌电测试仪对优秀男排主攻手的上肢肌、下肢肌和躯干肌共计十二块肌肉进行现场测试,探讨4号位强攻助跑起跳过程中某肌肉在不同时程,以及不同肌肉在同一时程的肌电变化特征。测试结果表明:在所测阶段里,右侧肱二头肌的肌电振幅最大,放电最强,兴奋程度最高,这为排球4号位强攻助跑起跳技术的教学和训练提供理论参考。 With 16-channel telemetry EMG testing of the outstanding men's volleyball ace spiker's upper hand muscle,lower limb muscle and trunk muscle for a total of 12 field muscles to explore the myoelectric characteristic of a muscle in different time range,as well as different muscle at the same time-variation during the 4-bit storm's process of run-up and jump.Results indicated that: in the test phase,the right biceps brachii owned the largest EMG amplitude discharged the strongest,possessed the highest level of excitement,this can provide a theoretical reference to teaching and training the 4-bit of Volleyball storm's techniques of run-up and jump
