改进的自适应区域分解FDTD在波导结构中的应用

摘要 提出了一种改进的自适应区域分解时域有限差分(improved adaptive domain decomposition finitedifference time domain,IADD-FDTD)算法.这种算法通过对检测面上的电压值进行自适应边界检测,消除了检测面上电场值不稳定而带来的计算误差.该算法还可得到更多的分区,提高了计算速度.通过对多种不连续波导结构的应用分析,验证了这种算法的正确性和有效性. This article presents improved adaptive domain decomposition finite difference time domain(IADD-FDTD). We apply adaptive boundary test to the voltage on the boundary.The new algorithm avoids computational error caused by instability of electric field intensity on test boundaries,and can get more sub-domains than the original ADD-FDTD and enhance computation speed.Analysis on applications of waveguide discontinuities indicates correctness and effectiveness.
