42 Examples of Treatments of Acute Virus Myocarditis by Xinfuning Pellet

目的观察心复宁丸治疗急性病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的疗效。方法将82例急性VMC患者随机分为治疗组42例与对照组40例,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加心复宁丸口服;15天1个疗程,治疗2个疗程对比疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95.24%,对照组75.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=6.72,P<0.01)。结论心复宁丸治疗急性VMC有较好的疗效。

Objective Observe the curative effects of Xinfuning Pellet on acute virus myocarditis（VMC）. Methods 82 sufferers of acute virus myocarditis will be randomly divided into 2 groups with 42 in therapy group and 40 in comparison group,and both groups will be treated with regular western therapy in a 15-day period of treatment,while the therapy group will take additional Xinfuning Pellet. After 2 period of treatment,the curative effects of the 2 groups will be compared. Results There are significance differences of the curative effects between the 2 groups,with the therapy group of 95. 24% and the comparison group of 75. 00% （ χ2 = 6. 72,P 0. 01）. Conclusion Xinfuning Pellet can remarkably improve the curative effects on acute VMC.
