摘要
轮对作为铁路车辆重要的走行部件,对于铁路的安全运输起着关键性的作用。因此准确地检测出车轮轮对的几何参数非常重要。测量原理基于线激光标定的轮对参数测量方法,系统采用传统的三角法测量原理,利用一个面阵CCD(charge-coupled device)摄像机,获取来自被照射部分车轮表面"散射"光图像,通过图像处理,能够快速获取轮对轮辋厚度参数。而标定方法的选取对于现场的测量至关重要,通过比较选择简易快捷的一种标定方法,经现场实验研究表明,该轮对参数测量方法具有检测速度快、在线实时测量的优点。
The wheelset′s geometric parameters measurement is necessary to ensure the safety of the operation of the railway,especially the flange thickness of the wheel.The research on wheels parameters measurement is more and more important.A new measuring and calibration method based on the triangulation is put forward.The measurement system consists of the line laser and CCD(charge-coupled device)that can measure the parameters of wheelsets.The comparison results between the measurement system and manual instrument in the lab shows this optoelectronic system basically meet with the measurement requirement.
