摘要
以陶乐黄河公路特大桥为工程背景,运用有限元软件,针对不同工况对钢围堰进行整体仿真分析。结果表明,在最不利工况下,双壁钢围堰结构的最大变形为2.77mm,最大应力为110.2MPa,均未超过允许值,围堰的整体刚度和稳定性满足规范要求。通过对最不利受力面(迎水面)沿高度方向的位移和应力分析,阐明了设计中应该注意的问题,为同类结构的设计和施工提供参考。
Based on Taole Yellow River Highway Bridge,steel cofferdam is simulated as a whole under different working conditions using finite element software.It is shown that under the most unfavorable condition,the maximum deformation of double-wall steel cofferdam is 2.77 mm and the maximum stress is 110.2 MPa,within the permissible range.The overall rigidity and stability of cofferdam meet the requirement.Through analysis on displacement and stress of the most unfavorable stress surface(upstream face) along vertical direction,the matters that should be noted are described,which provides a reference for similar structure design and construction.
