喷射沉积铝合金的新型轧制工艺

摘要 研究了一种可以提高喷射沉积铝合金板料的成形性能的新型陶粒轧制工艺,该工艺是利用陶瓷颗粒作为传递压力的介质,使板料在均匀的等静压环境下发生塑性变形.并对板料变形前后的长度方向变形量、宽度方向变形量与厚度方向变形量之间的关系进行了研究,实验结果表明:陶粒轧制工艺可以有效限制材料在长度和宽度方向的变形,因此可以有效提高喷射沉积板料的密度.并研究了陶瓷颗粒种类对致密化效果的影响,结果表明200目的A l2O3颗粒能获得最好的致密化效果.
