浅议中小学教师的教学效能感

摘要 教师教学效能感是教师对自己能否完成教学任务、实现教学目标的能力的主观判断,它是新课程取得成效的重要因素。要不断探讨教师教学效能感形成的原因,采取有效的途径和方法,培养和提高教师教学效能感。 Sense of school teachers' efficiency refers to teachers' subjective judgment of their ability of finishing their teaching tasks and reaching their teaching goals.It is the main factor for new curriculum to achieve efficiency.Therefore, teachers should keep exploring the causes of efficiency sense formation, and adopt effective approaches and ways to cultivate and heighten their sense of efficiency.
