In order to make the detection of thrombus faster and more sensitive,two chemical conjugates of metallothionein and SZ51 which is an anti human activated platelet in thrombus were obtained through protein coupling method.In the crosslinking process,two coupling reagents were used,one being glutaraldehyde,and the other ethylcarbodiimidhydrochlorid.The results showed that conjugate crosslinked by glutaraldehyde kept lower antibody activity,while the antibody activity of conjugate crosslinked by ethylcarbodiimidhydrochlorid was the same as the original antibody SZ51;the two conjugates had higher metal ions binding ability.Both of the conjugates provided directing and imaging reagents for detection of thrombus.
