摘要
运用自编问卷从组织责任和员工责任两个方面对296名大学生实施的职业心理契约调查表明:大学生职业心理契约中的组织责任方面包括现实责任和发展责任两个因子,员工责任方面包括关系责任和业务责任两个因子;方差分析显示:只有组织发展责任存在显著的年级主效应;聚类分析结果显示:大学生职业心理契约可分为7种类型,合三种取向——高组织责任期待取向、高员工责任要求取向、中庸取向,三种取向的大学生各占约1/3。
296 undergraduates have been tested with self-designed questionnaire of psychological contracts on occupation,which includes the responsibility of organization and the responsibility of staff.The former comprises the responsibility of reality and that of development,and the latter comprises the responsibility of relations and that of profession.The analysis of variance shows that there is a marked effect of grade in developmental responsibility of organization.And the cluster analysis demonstrates that psychological contracts on occupation of undergraduates can be classified into seven types and three tendencies of high responsibility expectation of organization,high responsibility requirement of staff and the golden mean.Among the 296 undergraduates,those of each tendency are almost eaqual.
