摘要
目的:通过200份芜湖地区无关个体样本鉴定其15个STR基因座的基因频率分布。方法:采用Chelex-100法提取DNA,AmpFlSTR Identifler试剂盒PCR扩增,ABI3130XL型基因分析仪检测,所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:芜湖地区15个基因座中,累计个体识别率(TDP)为0.99999999999999997,累计非父排除率(CEP)为0.9999987153。结论:该系统15个位点对芜湖地区的个人识别及亲子鉴定有很高的应用价值。
Objective:To determine the distribution of allele frequencies of 15 short tandem repeat gene loci(abbreviated as 15 STR gene loci) in the 200 unrelated samples from the Han population in Wuhu area.Methods: Chelex 100 method was used to extract the DNA for amplification by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)with AmpFlSTR Identifler kit(ABI,USA) and analysis by ABI PRISM 3130XL Genetic Analyzer(ABI,USA),and the data were analyzed statistically analyzed.Results: No significant diversity from Hardy-Weinberg expectations was found,and the total discrimination power(TDP) was 0.99999999999999997 and 0.9999987153 for the combined excluding probability of paternity(CEP).Conclusion: The findings suggest that the 15 STR gene loci are important markers for the individual identity and paternity testing in the area of Wuhu.
