摘要 目的:探讨匙形解剖型钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的手术方法和临床疗效。方法:应用匙形解剖型钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折32例,根据AO/ASIF分型:A型13例,B型14例,C型5例。结果:术后随访9个月以上,疗效评定标准采用Tometta等踝关节功能评定标准,优17例,良12例,可2例,差1例,优良率90.6%。结论:选择合适的手术时间,应用胫骨远端匙形解剖型钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折,手术操作相对容易,内固定钢板符合胫骨远端解剖特点,内固定牢固,可以获得良好临床疗效。 Objective:To investigate the operative methods and clinical effects of cochlearly anatomical plate in treating distal tibial fracture by internal fixation.Methods:Thirty-two patients with distal tibial fracture underwent the treatment by cochlearly anatomical plate.According to AO/ASIF classification,13 cases fell into type A;4,type B and 5,type C.Results: Postoperative follow-up lasted for more than 9 months.By the criteria of Tometta score,the results were excellent in 17,good in 12,fair in 2 and poor in 1.The satisfactory rate accounted for 90.6%.Conclusion: Given the selective operation,cochlearly anatomical plate appears effective in treating distal tibial fractures,for it is easy to perform and matches with the anatomy of distal end of tibia,thus leading to firm fixation and excellent clinical outcomes.
