复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of compound flumetasone ointment in chronic eczema

目的:观察复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法:将76例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,外用复方氟米松软膏;对照组36例,外用醋酸曲安奈德乳膏。均治疗3周。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为92.50%和69.45%(χ2=6.71,P<0.01)。结论:复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效优于醋酸曲安奈德乳膏。

Objective：To observe the effect of compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods： Seventy-six patients were randomized into groups of treatment（n=40） and controls（n=36）.Treatment group received external use of compound flumetasone ointment and the controls were given topical acetic acid kenonel for 3 weeks.Results： 92.50% of the treatment group responded to the therapy and 69.45% of the controls were responsive to（χ2=6.71,P0.01）.Conclusion： Compound flumetasone ointment is superior to acetic acid kenonel in treating chronic eczema.
