摘要
研究液压自由活塞发动机液压阀组动态特性.基于单活塞液压自由活塞发动机活塞运动规律,给出了其液压阀组形式,建立了阀组数学模型,对阀组的稳定性、频率响应、位移时间响应和流量特性进行了分析.结果表明:单活塞液压自由活塞发动机吸排油应分别采用反向和正向外流式锥阀;减小阀组的阀芯质量和黏性阻尼系数可减小阀芯运动与活塞运动之间的相位差,提高系统容积效率;排油阀开启过程瞬时开度大且阀芯运动受限位装置影响.
The dynamics of the hydraulic valves in a hydraulic free-piston engine is given. The piston moving characteristic a single piston hydraulic free piston engine was given and the hydraulic valves formats were presented. The mathematical model of the hydraulic valves was established. The stabilities, frequency responses, spool displacement time response and flow characteristics of the hydraulic valves were analyzed. The results indicate that the suck and vent valves should be backward and forward outward flow cone valves, respectively. Reduction of the spool moving mass and viscous damping coefficient minifies the phase offset between the spool and the piston movements and leads to the increase of system volumetric efficiency. The instantaneous opening of the vent valve in the opening process is large and the spool movement is affected by the stop device.
