摘要
生态环境已经成为制约山西省社会经济发展的关键因素。笔者对山西省生态建设的相关问题进行了研究,回顾了山西省在森林资源保护、矿山生态恢复、城乡生态建设、流域水体生态综合治理和重点生态工程建设等方面的成就,探讨了未来山西省生态建设的指导思想、原则和方向,并结合山西省实际情况对生态建设的有利因素和不利因素进行了分析。
Ecological environment is becoming the key factor of restricting Shanxi social and economical development.The paper discusses Shanxi ecological construction and reviews some achievements on forest resource protection,mine ecological recovery,city and rural ecological construction,watershed comprehensive control,and key ecological engineering.The guiding idea, principle,and direction of future ecological construction of Shanxi were put forward.Combining with Shanxi situation,the advantageous and disadvantageous factors were analyzed.
