摘要
在优树选择的基础上,测定了不同产地海红果实的纵径、横径、单果重、整齐度、总糖、总酸、维生素C及铁、钙、磷、镁等矿质元素的含量。结果表明:1)不同产地海红果实的纵径、横径、单果重、整齐度、维生素C、总酸、磷含量差异显著,而总糖、铁、镁、钙等的含量差异不显著;2)海红果实纵径略小于横径,果形指数变化在0.802-0.915之间;3)海红果实酸甜适度,糖酸比介于10.309-18.363之间;4)海红果实富含钙、铁、镁等矿质元素,尤其是钙、镁元素的含量很高,平均为191.437 m g/kg和141.167 m g/kg。
In this paper,on the basis of superior tree selection,the fruit index of Malus micromalus Makino.from different areas,longitudinal diameter,lateral diameter,fruit weight,uniformity,total sugar,total acid,and the content of vitamin C,Fe,Ca,P and Mg was measured.The results showed that:(1) The differences of longitudinal diameter,lateral diameter,fruit weight,uniformity,total acid and the content of vitamin C and P of fruit of M.micromalus from different areas were significant,while the differences of total sugar and the content of Fe,Mg and Ca were not significant;(2) The longitudinal diameter of fruit of M.micromalus was slightly smaller than the lateral diameter of fruit,fruit shape index changed from 0.802 to 0.915;(3) The sweet and sour of fruit of M.micromalus was moderate,sugar acid ratio ranged between 10.31 and 18.36;(4) The mineral elements content of Ca,Fe and Mg in fruit of M.micromalus is rich,especially the contents of the Ca and Mg element is higher,with an average 191.437 mg/kg and 141.167 mg/kg.
