摘要
1)以河砂、蛭石、珍珠岩、泥炭为基质材料,选择其中1种或多种,配制出8种不同基质,进行倒挂金钟扦插对比试验。结果表明:泥炭∶珍珠岩为1∶1的基质生根效果最好,生根率达100%;2)应用NAA,6-BA 2种激素,按不同的浓度混合,共配制8种激素溶液,并以清水作对照,进行倒挂金钟扦插对比试验。结果表明:用500×10-6NAA处理的倒挂金钟插穗生根效果最好。
The contrast experiment of cutting propagation of Fuchsia hybrida was carried by the following two experiments.1) Eight different treats were produced containing such a kind of or two kinds of material as sand,vermiculite,pearlite,peat.The results showed that peat∶pearlite=1∶1 was the best substrate,100% of rooting rate;2) Eight treatments containing different concentration of NAA and 6-BA hormone were indicated: the best hormone for rooting was 500×10-6 NAA.
