摘要
利用自行研制的微分热分析仪研究了Fe78Si9B13合金凝固过程的微分热分析特征参数及其与非晶合金带材铸造工艺之间的关系,结果表明:Fe78Si9B13合金在凝固过程中的初晶时间及初晶温度间隔大于一定数值时,合金带材的铸造不能顺利进行,或者带材质量出现瑕疵。因此Fe78Si9B13合金在凝固过程中的初晶时间及初晶温度间隔可以作为合金熔体质量的参考判据。
The relationship between differential thermo-analysis parameters during solidification of Fe78Si9B13 alloy was investigated using a thermo-analyzer,and the relationship between the parameters and amorphous ribbon casting process was analyzed.During the solidification of the Fe78Si9B13 alloy,if the time interval of primary crystallization and temperature difference during primary crystallization are beyond certain value,the casting of alloy strips cannot be carried through smoothly or flaws will appear on the strips.therefore,the time interval of primary crystallization and temperature difference during primary crystallization can be used as a criteria for molten alloy quality.
