醒脑静干预SLE小鼠继发狼疮脑病的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察醒脑静对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)小鼠继发狼疮脑病进程的干预,初步探讨其干预机制。方法 SLE模型小鼠醒脑静腹注给药,4个月后行MRI扫描、学习记忆行为测定及脑组织病理分析;RT-PCR、免疫组化分析脑组织血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)表达情况。结果醒脑静改善了模型小鼠脑部出血、炎症、水肿等症状,增强了小鼠的记忆能力;调低了脑组织中VCAM-1蛋白表达水平。结论醒脑静有效干预了SLE模型小鼠继发狼疮脑病进程,调控VCAM-1表达可能是其干预机制之一。
