摘要
目的研究巴豆生物碱诱导人胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞凋亡。方法运用倒置显微镜观察,流式细胞仪检测分析。结果巴豆生物碱能改变细胞形态,诱导人胃癌细胞SGC-7901凋亡。结论巴豆生物碱能诱导人胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞凋亡。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of corton seed alkaloid on inducing apoptosis of SGC-7901.METHOD Cell apoptosis was observed with inverted microscope and flow cytometer. RESULT The Cotton Alkaloid could significantly influence the shape of SGC-7901 and induce the cell apoptosis. CONCLUSION The Corton Alkaloid could effectively induce the apoptosis of human gastric cancer SGC-7901.
