消风活血冲剂对豚鼠哮喘模型变应性炎症的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过豚鼠哮喘模型研究消风活血冲剂抗哮喘气道变应性炎症的作用。方法以卵蛋白致敏豚鼠为动物模型,灌胃给予高、低剂量消风活血冲剂,观察各组豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎性细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、IL-3、GM-CSF、IL-5、SIL-2R。结果消风活血冲剂不同剂量组均可不同程度地抑制BALF中的EOS和炎性细胞总数,降低IL-3、GM-CSF、IL-5、SIL-2R水平。结论消风活血冲剂可抑制哮喘动物气道中EOS浸润、活化而具有一定的抗哮喘气道变应性炎症的作用,其机制与抑制IL-3、GM-CSF、IL-5、SIL-2R的产生有关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Xiaofenghuoxue granule (XFHX) on allergic inflammation of asthma in guinea pigs. METHOD The Guinea pigs were sensitized by ovalbumin,and then received XFHX Granule of high and low dose by gastric perfusion. The inflammatory cells and eosinophils (EOS) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were examined together with the level of IL-3,GM-CSF,IL-5,SIL-2R. RESULT XFHX Granule inhibited the total amount of EOS and inflammatory cells in BALF to different degree either in high-dose group or low-dose group and lowered the level of IL-3, GM-CSF, IL-5, SIL-2R. CONCLUSION These results show that Xiaofenghuoxue Granule could inhibit airway infiltration and activation of EOS in asthma animals. Its antiallergic function of inflammatory asthma is related with the inhibition of IL-3, GM-CSF, IL-5, SIL-2R.
