摘要
通过对油田物业服务企业品牌特征和创建品牌必要性的分析,阐明油田矿区物业服务企业要塑造服务品牌,要从三个方面进行运作:一是完善体系认证,培养高素质从业人员;二是实施市场化运作,提供个性化、精细化服务;三是创新服务策略,提升企业文化内涵。只有这样,才能确立油田物业在社会上的影响和地位,从而实现油田矿区物业服务企业的可持续发展。
Based on the analysis of brand characteristics in oilfield property management enterprises and the necessities of creating brand,it is explained that oilfield property management enterprises should create the service brand from the following three aspects:1)perfecting the system certification and training worker with high quality;2)implementing market operation and providing personalization and fineness;3)creating service strategy and improving the connotation of enterprise culture.Only in this way can oilfield property management enterprises have an influence and position in our society,and thus realize the sustainable development of property management enterprises in oilfield mineral area.
