The Practice and Reflection of Strengthening the Quality Management about Materials Supply in Basic Stations and Warehouses

根据油田物资供应特点,结合物资供应站及其库房的工作实际,通过对延安物资供应站物资供应管理现状的综合理,分析了基层站、库物资供应后续质量管理的薄弱环节,并根据质量管理的原理和方法,按照油田的物资管理制度和流程出了加强基层站、库物资供应质量管理的基本思路,对搞好油田物资供应质量管理具有积极的借鉴意义。

According to the characteristics of oilfield materials supply,the practical state of material supply stations and warehouse,the paper analyzes the weak points of successive quality management of material supply at basic stations and warehouses after combing out the present management state of material supply at Yanan material supply stations.Meanwhile,based on the principle and methods of quality management,and the system and process of material management in oilfield,the basic ideas for strengthening the quality management of material supply at basic stations and warehouses have been put forward,which has the active significance in improving the quality management of oilfield material supply.
